Last updated: 2026. By making a reservation on this site, you accept the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all room reservations made via this website for Première Classe Roissy Charles de Gaulle – Paris Nord 2 – Parc des Expositions. They form an integral part of the contract between you and the hotel.
2. Reservations and payment
Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been received. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. The total amount is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in a special offer.
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and possible extra charges.
4. Cancellation and modifications
Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate and dates chosen at the time of booking. These conditions are clearly indicated before you confirm your reservation. In the case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay may be charged. We recommend that you read the specific conditions attached to your booking confirmation.
5. Behaviour and use of the hotel
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse access or to ask a guest to leave in the event of unacceptable behaviour, without reimbursement. The rooms and common areas are non-smoking. Pets are accepted subject to the conditions displayed on the site.
6. Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings unless such loss or damage is due to a proven fault on the part of the hotel. Guests are responsible for their own valuables. The hotel shall not be liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. force majeure, strike, natural disaster).
7. Complaints
Any complaint relating to your stay should be raised with the reception as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve it. You may also contact us in writing after your stay via our contact page.
8. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
